We chat with Michel Cloosterman, who was the facilitator trainer who trained me through the Association of Master Trainers in 2016. We met in Karlsruhe, Germany, as I traipsed from Cape Town, South Africa to do my certification. From there, this amazing journey began! Michel joins us to share how he got into Lego® Serious Play®, what it means to him and some examples of inspiring moments and wonderful practices that are particularly meaningful to him.
Michel Cloosterman is a partner at Bricks and Business VOF, a Dutch Training and Educational Institute started in 2008. Earlier Michel worked at different companies as coach, HR leader and lecturer.
